Each item is made to order through our print-on-demand process, so we don't accept standard returns or exchanges. Instead, we cover you two ways.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your order arrives with a manufacturing error or defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement. You keep the original. Nothing needs to come back to us.

90-Day Wash & Wear Pledge

Our pledge covers print fading and fabric issues within 90 days of purchase. Normal wear and tear over time is not covered.

Examples of covered issues:

Print fading or cracking within 90 days
Fabric issues or premature deterioration

Examples of normal wear:

Natural fading after months of regular use
Holes or thinning after extended wear
Sun damage from prolonged exposure

Photos of the issue
Description of the problem

What Happens Next

We typically respond within 24 hours. For a defect reported within 7 days, we'll send a replacement. Under the pledge, we'll sort it out with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation, as long as you've followed the care instructions.
