Each item is made to order through our print-on-demand process, so we don't accept standard returns or exchanges. Instead, we offer a 90-day quality guarantee.

What's Covered

Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects, print fading, and fabric issues within 90 days of purchase. Normal wear and tear over time is not covered.

Examples of covered issues:

  • Print fading or cracking within 90 days
  • Fabric defects or premature deterioration
  • Manufacturing errors

Examples of normal wear:

  • Natural fading after months of regular use
  • Holes or thinning after extended wear
  • Sun damage from prolonged exposure

How It Works

Wear it, wash it, live with it. If the print fades or fabric disappoints within 90 days, contact us at support@darkmusethreads.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We'll review and make it right.

What Happens Next

If approved, we'll either send a replacement or issue a refund—your choice. We typically respond within 24 hours.
