Dark Muse Threads Refund & Quality Pledge Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dark Muse Threads! Each item in our store is custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand process. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but we proudly offer a 90-Day Wash & Wear Pledge to ensure you have the best possible experience with our products.


90-Day Wash & Wear Pledge

Your satisfaction matters to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@darkmusethreads.com within 90 days of your purchase to live-in, launder, and love your shirt.  Should the design fade, or the fabric disappoint, simply let us know. 

Proper garment care must be followed for Wash & Wear Pledge eligibility:
Machine wash cold, inside out, to protect the print. Tumble dry low or hang dry to prevent shrinkage. Skip fabric softener—it damages both the print and the cotton.

While we do not accept returns, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at support@darkmusethreads.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defective/damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Since each order is custom-printed immediately after purchase, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
