Production Time

  • All products are made to order to ensure high-quality and unique designs.
  • Please review product photos and store policies/FAQ for additional details before purchasing.
  • Orders typically take 1-3 business days in production before shipping.
  • Production occurs Monday-Friday, normal business hours.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once production is complete, orders are shipped via our trusted carriers.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the U.S.
  • We do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier for further assistance.

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
