Garment Care
Machine wash cold, inside out, to protect the print. Tumble dry low or hang dry to prevent shrinkage. Skip fabric softener—it damages both the print and the cotton.
Garment Issues
If you experience print fading, unexpected shrinkage, or fabric issues within 90 days, contact us at support@darkmusethreads.com. That's what our quality guarantee covers.

What is normal wear and tear?
Normal wear means natural aging over time—fading from sun exposure, thinning fabric after years of wash cycles, holes from extended use.
Our 90-day quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects and premature failure, not normal aging. If something fails within 90 days, contact us.
What makes your shirts so special?
We use two blanks, chosen for quality and longevity.

Slightly tapered. If you prefer looser, size up.

What's the fit like?
Relaxed and boxy. True vintage feel.
What's the feel?
100% ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz. Heavier weight, garment-dyed for authentic vintage texture.
How will it wear?
Gets softer with every wash. Color variation is intentional.

Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
Each item is made to order through our print-on-demand process, so we don't accept standard returns or exchanges. Instead, we offer a 90-day quality guarantee.
Wear it, wash it, live with it. If the print fades or the fabric disappoints within 90 days, contact us. We'll make it right.
Orders & Shipping
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo. We can only process one payment method per order.
How long is shipping?
Each item is made to order. Production takes 1-4 business days, then shipping takes 3-5 business days within the U.S. (typically USPS First Class).
Total time from order to delivery: 4-9 business days.

Orders over $750 require signature confirmation.
Why does my tracking information show "pre-shipment"?
Your package has been handed off to the carrier but missed a scan. It's moving through the system—tracking typically updates within 72 hours.
If tracking doesn't update or your order doesn't arrive within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@darkmusethreads.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us immediately at support@darkmusethreads.com. We can modify or cancel orders before production starts, typically within a few hours of ordering.
Once production begins, we cannot make changes.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. How can I correct it?
Contact us immediately at support@darkmusethreads.com. We can update your address before production starts—usually within a few hours of ordering.
Once production begins, we cannot change the shipping address.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, for bulk orders (50+ items) we can work with you on custom designs. Contact us at support@darkmusethreads.com with your concept and quantity.
We don't offer one-off custom orders—only bulk quantities.
